Does the spiritual energy of your jewelry automatically transfer to me?
Each piece of jewelry is blessed and charged before shipment, but this does not mean its energy automatically integrates with the wearer. True spiritual alignment comes through ceremonial work, personal altar invocation, and intentional activation. Our jewelry serves as a spiritual tool, but it is your personal practice that forms the connection.
Do spiritual products come with instructions?

Where do you ship?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. However, we honor the call wherever spirit leads. If your spirit has guided you to our offerings, please send an email to RisingSoulChronicles@gmail.com, and we will gladly work with you regarding international shipping.
When spirit calls, we answer. Distance does not diminish the power of divine alignment.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Do you offer rush processing or expedited shipping?
All orders are processed in the order they are received. We do not offer rush processing, but expedited shipping may be available at checkout.

How long does it take to receive my reading?

Tarot readings (1–5 cards): Delivered according to the timeframe listed in each description, typically within 24 hours to 5 days.

High-level readings (e.g., Shem HaMephorash, Celestial, Ancestral): Delivered within 5–7 days from the date of purchase.

Rush Processing: If you need your reading expedited, you can purchase Rush Processing as a separate product item. This guarantees delivery within 3 days from the time of purchase.

How do I receive my reading?
All readings are delivered digitally via email. Some services may include a recorded voice message or a PDF report, depending on the type of reading.
Do I need my birth time for a reading?
For astrological readings, an accurate birth time is highly recommended but not required. If you do not have it, we will work with what is available.
Are readings or digital products refundable?
No, all readings and digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of spiritual work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital services.

Are digital products protected?
Yes. To maintain the integrity of our spiritual offerings, all downloadable products are limited to two downloads per purchase. Additionally, certain files may require a password for access, which will be provided after purchase.
